Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book an appointment, consultation or treatment with East London Aesthetics Co. By booking or paying a deposit, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

48-hour cancellation policy We require a bare minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. With less than 48 hours’ notice, or in the event of a no-show, your deposit may be retained.

1. Appointments and deposits

An appointment is only secured once any requested deposit has been received. Booking fees are deducted from the total cost of treatment. Appointment availability and treatment times may change where reasonably necessary. While we always aim to keep to scheduled appointment times, treatments may occasionally run over due to the tailored, detailed nature of our work. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritise thorough, thoughtful results over rushing the process.

2. Cancellations and rescheduling

Please contact us as soon as you know you cannot attend. Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be received at least 48 hours before the appointment time. Requests made with less notice and missed appointments may result in the deposit being retained and a new deposit being required to rebook.

3. Late arrival

If you arrive late, we may need to shorten or reschedule the appointment to avoid delaying other clients.

4. Consultations and treatment suitability

You agree to provide complete and accurate information about your health, medication, allergies, pregnancy status and previous treatments. We may decline, postpone or modify a treatment where it is not clinically appropriate or safe.

5. Consent and results

We would love to celebrate your results, and we will discuss this and get your consent first before sharing with our community.

6. Payment

Any remaining balance is due as advised, normally on the day of treatment. Prices may change, but this will not alter the agreed price of an appointment already confirmed unless the treatment plan changes with your agreement.

7. Bundle refund policy

Bundles of three are offered at a preferential course price and are intended to be completed as a treatment plan.

Once the first treatment has started, the bundle is considered active.

If you decide within 7 days of your first treatment that you do not wish to continue with the bundle, we can refund the unused balance. Any treatment already received will be charged at the standard single-treatment price, rather than the discounted bundle rate, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

After 7 days from the first treatment, bundles are non-refundable as cash for a change of mind. Any unused sessions may be held as clinic credit and used towards another suitable treatment, subject to clinical suitability and availability.

If we decide that continuing treatment is not clinically suitable, we will review the unused balance fairly.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Conduct and safety

Please follow all aftercare instructions and contact us promptly through our online community portal if you experience an unexpected reaction. With every microneedling treatment, we lovingly send you home with our very own in-house formulated nourishing Baume, which is to be administered on day 2 post-treatment.

9. Privacy

We use the personal and health information you provide to administer appointments and deliver services safely. Clinical information is handled confidentially and retained where required for professional, insurance or legal purposes.
