Come as you are, ideally fresh faced but if you are on your way back from work we can prep your face by cleaning it before treatment.

Please advise us as soon as you are informed you cant make your appointment. You must give 24 hours notice or your deposit will be kept.

We accept card payments excluding Amex & also accept cash payments, although if you prefer this method bring the exact amount as we don’t store cash at the clinic. We also accept Klarna, book now, pay later.

We always do our best to run on time for your appointment. That said, treatments can sometimes take a little longer on the day, as we want to make sure you receive the best results possible.

We ask you to fill out a Medical History Questionnaire so our aestheticians can talk through, assess your health and catch any contrary indications.

We take before picture at our in clinic Photo Booth for our patient records so we can keep a visual eye on changes (we would love to show you off to our community but confidently is of upmost importance to us so we ask for consent before sharing any pictures)

We’ll apply numbing cream to keep you comfortable during treatment and ease any discomfort.

Afterwards, we’ll talk you through the aftercare so you feel confident about keeping your results looking their best. We’ll also cover infection risks and how to prevent them, making sure you get the safest and most satisfying outcome. Plus, we have a dedicated care section on our website you can revisit anytime for extra guidance.
