Microneedling
Your Skin’s new obsession.
If you’ve been looking for a way to smooth fine lines, tackle scars, tighten skin, or just give your face a serious glow-up, microneedling is where it’s at.
It works by stimulating your skin’s natural repair process, boosting collagen and elastin, and helping your skin look fresher and healthier.
-
Microneedling (also known as collagen induction therapy) is a treatment that uses ultra-fine needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin. This stimulates your body’s natural healing response, encouraging collagen and elastin production.
The result? Firmer, smoother, more even-toned skin with improved texture and glow.
Microneedling is a safe, effective treatment for:
• Fine lines & wrinkles
• Acne scarring
• Pigmentation
• Enlarged pores
• Overall skin rejuvenation -
After a full consultation, your skin will be cleansed and prepped. A numbing cream is applied for comfort, followed by the microneedling process using a medical-grade device.
You may feel light pressure or a scratchy sensation, but most clients find the treatment very tolerable thanks to the numbing.
Treatment time: Approx. 45–60 minutes
Recommended course: Most people get great results with around 3 microneedling sessions, but your skin is unique, so the exact number depends on what we’re treating and the results you’re after. -

A little prep goes a long way when it comes to getting the best results. Here’s what we recommend before your treatment:
What TO DO before your appointment:
Come in with fresh, clean skin. No makeup, SPF, or skincare please.
Keep your skin hydrated (inside and out!) in the days leading up.
Stay out of direct sun and protect your skin with SPF beforehand.
If you’re prone to cold sores, let us know so we can make sure you’re all set for treatment.
What NOT TO DO before your appointment:
Use any active products (retinols, acids, exfoliants) for at least 3 days prior.
Apply fake tan or book other facial treatments (like peels or laser) within 7 days before.
Drink alcohol or take aspirin/anti-inflammatories 24 hours before, as these can increase sensitivity and bruising.
Before Your Microneedling Appointment
Aftercare is Essential
Post Microneedling Do’s
After microneedling, let your skin breathe on the first day. The tiny micro-injuries leave your skin more vulnerable, so avoid applying products until day two, when you can start with gentle skincare.
Day 2 - Keep your skin clean and hydrated, use gentle, soothing products.
Drink plenty of water to support skin recovery.
Wear SPF daily, your skin will be extra sensitive to the sun.
Change your pillowcase regularly, clean pillowcases help your skin heal and prevent irritation.
Be patient, results appear gradually over the following weeks. For the best outcome, consistency is key, optimal results are usually seen after your second and third sessions.
Post Microneedling Don’ts
Avoid touching or picking at your skin.
Don’t use harsh exfoliants, acids, or retinol for at least 5–7 days.
Skip saunas, steam rooms, or intense exercise for 48 hours.
Avoid heavy makeup for at least 24 hours after treatment.
