Come as you are, ideally fresh faced but if you are on your way back from work we can prep your face by cleaning it before treatment.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend. We require a bare minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. With less than 48 hours’ notice, or in the event of a no-show, your deposit may be retained.

We accept card payments excluding Amex & also accept cash payments, although if you prefer this method bring the exact amount as we don’t store cash at the clinic. We also accept Klarna, book now, pay later.

We always do our best to run on time for your appointment. That said, treatments can sometimes take a little longer on the day, as we want to make sure you receive the best results possible.

Creativity and attention to detail are a big part of what we do, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding if things run slightly over while we aim to achieve this. Thank you for working with us, we really value it.

We ask you to fill out a Medical History Questionnaire so our aestheticians can talk through, assess your health and catch any contrary indications.

We take before picture at our in clinic Photo Booth for our patient records so we can keep a visual eye on changes (we would love to show you off to our community but confidently is of upmost importance to us so we ask for consent before sharing any pictures)

We’ll apply numbing cream to keep you comfortable during treatment and ease any discomfort.

Afterwards, we’ll talk you through the aftercare so you feel confident about keeping your results looking their best. We’ll also cover infection risks and how to prevent them, making sure you get the safest and most satisfying outcome. Plus, we have a dedicated care section on our website you can revisit anytime for extra guidance.

As treatments are reserved specifically for you and treatment plans are tailored to individual needs, completed treatments are non-refundable.

Package purchases are generally non-refundable; however, we understand that circumstances can change. Where possible, unused treatments may be transferred to another treatment, gifted to a friend or family member, or converted to clinic credit for future use.

Should exceptional circumstances arise, please get in touch with us and we will always do our best to consider requests fairly and individually.
