Come as you are, ideally fresh-faced, but if you're heading straight from work we'll clean your skin before we begin. You'll be asked to complete a medical history form ahead of your visit so we can flag any contraindications. For injectable treatments, avoid alcohol for 24 hours beforehand if possible.

We take a £62 deposit to secure your appointment. This is fully redeemable against your treatment on the day. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us a bare minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less notice may result in the deposit being retained, as that time has been held exclusively for you.

Not with us. Our entire philosophy is built around Facial Minimalism, results that are undetectable, natural-looking and true to you. We use lower volumes than industry standard and take a precision-first approach. If someone can tell you've had something done, we haven't done our job properly.

It depends on the treatment. Botox typically lasts 3–4 months. Dermal filler lasts 6–12 months depending on the area. Skin boosters and polynucleotides build over a course of sessions, with results lasting up to a year. We'll give you a clear picture of what to expect before you commit to anything.

Most clients find treatments very manageable. We apply numbing cream ahead of injectable and microneedling treatments to keep you comfortable. Any discomfort is usually brief and mild — most people are pleasantly surprised.

For Botox and filler, downtime is minimal, some light redness or swelling that typically settles within a few hours to a day. Microneedling may leave skin pink for 24–48 hours. Polynucleotides can cause temporary bee-sting-like marks that fade over a few days. We'll always talk you through what to expect for your specific treatment.
